- Use the site and its forms honestly, and only send details you are allowed to share.
- Do not try to break, overload or misuse the site or its forms.
- Send setup sheets only on behalf of a school you work for.
Demos and quotes
Demos are free and there is no obligation to buy. Any price or plan shown on this site, or built with the plan builder, is a guide. Your actual price is the one in the written quote or agreement we send your school.
Setup templates and the sheet checker
You may download and use our Excel templates to prepare your school’s data. The sheet checker helps find common mistakes, but it cannot catch everything, so please review your data before sending it.
Our content
The text, design, logos, pictures and sample app screens on this site belong to EduMaxim. All names and numbers on sample screens are made up. Please do not copy our content without permission. School names and logos shown belong to those schools.
Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but features can change. If anything here is unclear, ask us in a demo before you decide.

Links to other websites, such as our schools’ sites or social media, are there for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
